Heavenly Father, I know that every
\nperiod of our lives has its responsibilities
\nas well as its joys. Today, it seems that
\ngrandparents have either too little use or
\ntoo much-either we are shunted aside to
\ndo nothing or we are called upon to do
\neverything. Help me to know just where
\nmy duties lie in my particular situation
\nand to carry them out as best I can. Take
\ncare of my family-my children and their
\nchildren. Inspire them all to follow your
\nSon and lead truly Christian lives. Keep
\nall of us in your loving care, never let us
\nturn away from you, and help us in the
\nend to receive the joy of entering into your
