Baptism:<\/span><\/h1>\n

Holy Baptism is the basis of the whole
\nChristian life is the gateway to life in the<\/p>\n

Spirit and the door which gives access to
\nthe other sacraments. Through Baptism
\nwe are freed from sin and reborn as
\nchildren of God; we become members of
\nChrist is incorporated into the Church
\nand made sharers in her mission.<\/p>\n

Confirmation:<\/span><\/h1>\n

Confirmation perfects Baptismal grace,
\nit is the sacrament which gives the Holy
\nSpirit in order to root us more deeply in
\nthe divine filiation incorporate us more
\nfirmly into Christ, strengthen our bond with
\nthe Church, associate us more closely with
\nher mission, and help us bear witness to
\nthe Christian faith in words accompanied
\nby deeds.<\/p>\n

The Eucharist:<\/span><\/h1>\n

The Eucharist is the heart and the
\nsummit of the Church’s life, for in it Christ
\nassociates his Church and all her members
\nwith his sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving
\noffered once for all on the cross to his
\nFather, by this sacrifice he pours out the
\ngraces of salvation on his Body, which is
\nthe Church.<\/p>\n

Penance and Reconciliation:<\/span><\/h1>\n

The sacrament of Penance is the great
\nHealer of our sins after Baptism.<\/p>\n

The Anointing of the Sick:<\/span><\/h1>\n

The Anointing of the Sick is a
\nSacrament by which a sick person receives
\nforgiveness of sins and physical health if
\nit is the will of God.<\/p>\n

Holy Orders:<\/span><\/h1>\n

Holy Orders is the sacrament through which
\nthe mission entrusted by Christ to
\nhis apostles continues to be exercised in
\nthe Church until the end of time: thus it is
\nthe sacrament of apostolic ministry. It
\nincludes three degrees: episcopate,
\npresbyterate and diaconate.<\/p>\n

Matrimony:<\/span><\/h1>\n

Marriage in the Catholic tradition is a
\nlifelong covenant between a man and a
\nwoman in which they pledge themselves
\nexclusively to one another for their own
\nmutual support and well-being, and for the
\nprocreation and rearing of children.<\/p>\n
