Baptism:
Holy Baptism is the basis of the whole
Christian life is the gateway to life in the
Spirit and the door which gives access to
the other sacraments. Through Baptism
we are freed from sin and reborn as
children of God; we become members of
Christ is incorporated into the Church
and made sharers in her mission.
Confirmation:
Confirmation perfects Baptismal grace,

The Eucharist:
The Eucharist is the heart and the
summit of the Church’s life, for in it Christ
associates his Church and all her members
with his sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving
offered once for all on the cross to his
Father, by this sacrifice he pours out the
graces of salvation on his Body, which is
the Church.
Penance and Reconciliation:
The sacrament of Penance is the great
Healer of our sins after Baptism.
The Anointing of the Sick:
The Anointing of the Sick is a
Sacrament by which a sick person receives
forgiveness of sins and physical health if
it is the will of God.
Holy Orders:
Holy Orders is the sacrament through which
the mission entrusted by Christ to
his apostles continues to be exercised in
the Church until the end of time: thus it is
the sacrament of apostolic ministry. It
includes three degrees: episcopate,
presbyterate and diaconate.
Matrimony:
Marriage in the Catholic tradition is a
lifelong covenant between a man and a
woman in which they pledge themselves
exclusively to one another for their own
mutual support and well-being, and for the
procreation and rearing of children.
