Lord Jesus, you always showed great
love for the young and the Gospels are
filled with incidents about the young-
children in general and the centurion’s
servant, the rich young man and Jairus                                                                                                                                              daughter. Please pour down your grace to
help me in my growing and formative
years. Enable me to take advantage of all
the good things while avoiding the many
pitfalls of this age.
Grant that I may follow the example
of youthful Saints in remaining devoted to
you. At the same time, let me grow into
the adult that you want me to be, so that I
may carry out my vocation in life for the
good of myself and others as well as for
your honour and glory
